I’m Tim, and I’m super excited to be the owner of Land Pioneer Excavation. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by big machines and the cool things you can do with them. Starting this business has been a dream come true, and I’m thrilled to bring that passion to every project we take on.

When you work with us, you’re not just getting excavation services – you’re teaming up with a couple of guys who are all about hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way. I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we bring your vision to life.

I’m Stephen, Tim’s son-in-law, and I’m thrilled to be a part of Land Pioneer Excavation. I’ve always loved fixing things and tackling challenges, and now I  get to do that every day alongside family.

I’m here to bring a lot of energy and fresh ideas to our projects. Tim will tell you, I like to stay busy; all that energy has to go into something! Our goal is to make sure you get top-notch service and results that you’ll be proud of. We're excited to work with you and ensure that your project goes off without a hitch while I keep my neck cool :).
